Due to a large number of requests, the deadline for submitting panels and tutorials has been extended to December 21st.
The conference programme will include a number of panels aligned with the conference theme. A successful panel proposal shall consider the conferences theme and include speakers who present the topic from multiple perspectives. Moreover, speakers shall not convey identical views; instead a clash of positions shall be evident in the panel proposal and of course in the presentations and discussions in the panel. Panel submissions shall be made to Technical Program Chair Rick Adcock no later than Monday, December 21th 2009.

Tutorial submissions shall preferably be aligned with the conference theme, but tutorial proposals on general systems engineering will also be considered.
