The hotels booked for delegates at the EuSEC 2010 are situated in the city centre of Stockholm and close to the conference venue Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH). KTH is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Elite Hotel Arcadia, and only 10-15 minutes from Scandic Park and Hotel Oden. Scandic Anglais and Stockholm Plaza is only a few minutes away by metro. All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or tub, television, telephone, pay-TV and breakfast facilities.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved and confirmed only when Congrex has received your deposit payment. The deposit payment is equivalent to the first night of your hotel reservation.
Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel if the desired accommodation should be fully booked. Congrex guarantees hotel availability until 10 April 2009. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed according to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and
guaranteed on the registration form, should you check out before confirmed
departure date or in case of no-show.
All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel
reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please
