Student members**
To be entitled to the Student fee, you must an INCOSE student member and provide a proof of your full-time student status. Student members Participants applying for this special fee must submit a proof of their student status. Please indicate your INCOSE membership number in the box below. Also, after submitting your registration, please Email a scanned certificate of your full time student status from your university to eusec2010@congrex.com

Should you be unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Please send a note to Congrex, eusec2010@congrex.com, if this is the case.
Registrations, hotel reservations, and social events will be confirmed when
Congrex has received payment. Admission to the conference is granted only if
Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late
payments, should bring a proof of payment to the conference. Failure to present
this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit
card.
EuSEC 2010 is being organised by
Congrex Sweden AB. To meet with the
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance
the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you
will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment
gateway).
Account balances
All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from EuSEC
2010 which will detail your account overview and include the secure link to our
payment suppliers (DIBS).
Please ensure that your email address is entered clearly as all correspondence will be by email. To update your contact details please email eusec2010@congrex.com.
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

All expenses in connection with transferring fees must be paid by the
participant.

Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 010029 on all
money transfers. The Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for
identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the
participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Conference
Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer. As from
3 weeks before the EuSEC 2010 we only accept credit cards as payment.
Cancellations
Registration: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex, eusec2010@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 20 April 2010 with a refund of all prepaid fees less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. After this date no refunds will be given.
Accommodation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex, eusec2010@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 10 April 2010 with a refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. After this date no refunds will be given.
Social Events: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex, eusec2010@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted until 20 April 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded.EuSEC 2010 and Congrex Sweden AB cannot accept liability for injuries or losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss of or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance. All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the EuSEC 2010 and to present its program as scheduled under circumstances which assure the comfort and safety of all participants and accompanying persons. However, neither the EuSEC 2010 nor its committees, representatives or agents, shall be held liable by any person as a result of the cancellation of the EuSEC 2010 or of any of the arrangements, programs or plans connected therewith, or for any injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during such person’s presence in Sweden in connection with this Congress. Participants and accompanying persons are advised to purchase their own insurance against any such occurrences.
